Responsibilities and Duties


  • Onboarding of Domestic and Foreign (Individual & Non-Individual) clients
  • Communicating accurate requirements to clients as per category
  • Due diligence of Clients
  • Ensuring timely client registration & on-boarding
  • Recording status of clients and mail revert
  • CKYC & KRA registration of clients
  • Fetching of data from regulatory (CVL/NDML- KRA & CKYC)
  • Cross verification with the client KYC documents for minimizing documentation.

Required Candidate profile


  • 1-3 years of exp in KYC & Client Servicing.
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Capital Market / KYC / Client Handling etc.
  • Handling Customer inquiries and resolving them satisfactorily


Qualification

  • Graduates / post-graduates with at least 1 - 3 years of Post-qualifying experience.
