Job description / Responsibilities;

· Very good understanding of the RCM Process

· Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes; Accounts Receivable / AR
Follow ups, Demo & Charge Entry, Denial management, Payment Posting and good exposure on client relationship management

· Training the team and developing operating processes & systems , to deliver outstanding
customer services

· Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity

· Contribute to the team, processes and quality standards

· Developing the organizations policies to motivate & retain the manpower , manage the
funds flow and for general administration

· Should have handled a team size of 100+

Desired profile of the candidate

· Should have excellent understanding of US Medical Billing multi-specialties Processes and
End to End RCM Experience

· Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Candidate should have handsome experience in managing the large teams

Job Location: Coimbatore

Note: - Preferred for Candidates Who Reside currently in Coimbatore.

Immediate Joiners with notice period less than 10 days.
