Job content

1. To understand and contribute towards the attainment of institutes’ vision and mission.

2. To follow all rules and regulations as laid down by the institute which includes working time in the institute.

3. To work sincerely to execute all duties towards academics which include planning and conduct of lectures, preparation for the course assigned, the conduct of internal exams, and maintaining the Course file and personal file in the appropriate format.

4.To use innovative teaching aids and adopt innovative teaching-learning methodologies.

5.To counsel students and conduct extra lectures/ revision lectures for students requiring help.

6.To organize/ coordinate/ attend various seminars/ workshops/training programs.

7.To participate proactively in any research and development activities conducted in the department.

8.To perform other academic/ administrative duties assigned by the Head of the Department.
