Assistant Property ManagerWork DynamicsWhat this job involves: Keeping a tab on the essential detailsAchieving a balance between seeing the big picture and attending to details is top of yourmind. To deliver high-quality property management services, you’ll ensure your team hasrelevant and up-to-date skills. To keep finances on track, you’ll monitor and createbudget plans and management reports based on business objectives. Part of yourresponsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our majorprogrammes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.Driving excellent daily operationsAs the person in charge, you’ll manage the site’s daily activities and ensure that allessential operational processes are followed. You’ll also see to it that both the building’sinterior and exterior are well-maintained. You’ll do this by performing regular siteinspections and conducting fire and other evacuations as scheduled in accordance withthe health and safety requirements.Promoting client satisfactionAre you keen on keeping clients happy? In this role, you’ll build and maintain positivetenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow keyperformance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You’ll also handleclient/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities asrequired.Sound like you? To apply you need to be: A seasoned expertDo you have a diploma or a degree in estate management, building services, engineeringor similar courses? Do you have at least six years of experience and technical expertise infacilities management?
