We are looking for a "Assistant Sales Manager" to join our organization which is one of the leading real estate development companies in TRICITY, with a strong presence in Northern India.
- Conversion of queries and walk-in clients to sales.
- Manage daily work report.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Build and maintaining client relations.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Key Skills: -
Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
Should have Good Communication skills.
Tele sales Calling Real Estate Sales Residencial Sales, Outbound Calling Sales, Executive Activities Up -selling Real Estate Marketing, Outbound Sales, Real Estate Tele calling, Cold Calling ,Sales Lead Generation Property Residential Sales Client Handling.
