Reports to Creative Director. Supervises and guides the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. Integrates art, copy and production functions. An experienced presenter. Has client contact at brand level and above.

Job Description

Associate Creative Director (Copy)
  • Have a judgment of and help manage project timelines. Partner juniors and servicing partners in that regards.
  • Devising ideas having strategic bent, fulfilling brand objectives & meeting challenges.
  • Come out with ideas having large implementation potential
  • Actively supervise the work of juniors. Give feedback and direction. Help them develop.
  • Present work to clients. Strike a good rapport.
  • Conduct brand research. Apply consistent style and tone across brand communication.
  • Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation , assigning/reassigning appropriate resources to jobs, and getting the best out of team members.
