We are looking for suitable experienced candidates with effective communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Teams order entry and other customer service related process.

This requirement is basically for validating and creating sales order, creating RMA, changes to orders, email communications to CSRs and any other tasks related to Customer service order management ,


Role and Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)

1. Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement

2. Work as order management associate and manage overall activities related to customer orders

3.Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs

4.Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard

5..Ensure all customer requests are acknowledged.

6.Ensure availability at any time or day as per process requirement and perform multiple tasks for the process


Internal training will be provided to the selected candidates. Post training the associate will be getting 1 analyst full time support for a month.


The position will be to support US customer service on real time basis and the employee will have to work on night shift.
