Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a team of stylists and managing production.
  • Responsible for all shoots, art direction and styling for org level projects in the creative team.
  • Build a strong point of view on art direction for all for shoots and other initiatives
  • Partner with business to understand the priorities, build a POV and then translate visually. work closely with the creative design team on events and projects
  • Drive brand and business strategy discussions to uncover huge business needs and opportunities.
  • Define and build a strong point on styling, keeping in mind our various customer segments.
  • Uncover insights and develop solutions that drive the key business goals while maintaining a high bar for creativity.
  • Partner with others on the team, and also with teams across Myntra, to make your and their ideas shine, leveraging best practices to all campaigns and creative executions.
  • Driving timely innovation and relevance for Brands and categories on our platform.
  • Scale your team’s ideas across multiple channels.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to support strategic thinking and tactical opportunities.
  • Have a creative flair and the ability to approach things from a different perspective, a razor sharp mind capable of thinking on your feet in high profile / pressure scenarios and an unquenchable thirst to learn every aspect of our clients business that could be relevant to our customers.
  • Good understanding of business requirements and balance of creative thinking in an ecommerce environment
  • Ability and inclination to delve with data.
Qualification & Experience
  • 12+ years of industry/agency experience and strong portfolio
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, inspired and inspiring shoots.
    • Extensive Experience in art direction and styling
    • Managerial experience, with the ability to inspire, be articulate, influence and drive results.
    • Good business understanding and ability to translate this into impactful visual story telling
  • Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography and/or animation.
  • Articulate with critique of both strategic approach and aesthetic execution.
  • Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial – the team is inventing every day and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive
  • Strategic – Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals.
  • Creative – Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms.
  • A strong passion for people and desire to uncover consumer behavior, to help Myntra connect with its users in an impactful way.
  • Proficiency with the use of Google platforms (e.g. Drive, Slides), InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus
