Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage vendor relationships and procure to pay process effectively.
  • To record accurate and appropriate recording of entries in books of accounts.
  • To work on GSTR2A reconciliation and communicate vendors for appropriate actions.
  • To assist in documentation required for GST Annual filing.
  • To assist in monthly preparation of accounts and maintaining up to date supporting.
  • To assist in preparation of audit schedules periodically.

Professional Skills Required - essential:

  • Good experience and expertise over return filing, book-keeping, and record maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work with the cross-function teams, business managers and external vendors.
  • Self-starter and good team player.
  • To handle vendor management and engagements
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Discretion and sensitivity with regards to confidential information.
  • Ability to use Excel (intermediate to advanced) with a high level of numerical accuracy.
