  • You have to recruit a Financial Agent or Advisor from Open Markets Like doctors, Students, professors - teachers
  • Training will be provided by the company regarding Insurance products and how to complete your sales target
  • You have to Support and Motivate your team members to achieve their goals by selling Life Insurance Product
  • You have to activate your members by doing business
  • Maintain daily reports and provide it to your supervisor
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and try to gain more and more business from their reference.
