Job Responsibilities/ KRAs:-

Responsible for the entire HR & IR process, defining the policies, training, rcruitment& development of skills, maintaining a healthy relationship between employeeand employers, also responsible for contract labours compliance to relevant statutory norms, handling disciplinary proceedings with all category of employees.

KRAs -

1.muster roll compliance.

2.compliance to regulatory; statutory requirements as per different govt.authorities.

3.5s compliance throughout the organisation.

4.Any other responsibility assigned by the Management
