HIRING FOR HR RECRUITER Dear Candidate,.
  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
  • Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
  • Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
  • Building New Network, maintaining client relationship ,Preparing database initiating new contacts - Must have at least 5+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.
  • Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
  • Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals.
  • To handle Salary negotiation, On boarding formalities and Induction of new joiner.
  • Maintaining HR record/ candidate database etc.
  • Attendance, Leave Management for payroll process.
  • Managing workplace hygiene with the help of admin team.
  • To Conduct various activities for employee engagement.
  • Grievance handling,
  • Assist in conducting Performance Appraisal.
  • Handle Employee Exit.

Skills- Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment. Detail Oriented. Excellent written & verbal Communication skill.
