Knowledge of Installation, configuration and maintenance of Asterisk, Linux servers.

Ø Troubleshooting Experience in Asterisk ,Ubuntu and Centos Servers

Ø Experience in VOIP Platform configuring Trunks, PRI Configuration and VOIP Devices like IP Phones.

Ø 0-2 Years experience in and working on Asterisk platform.

Ø Asterisk Development and experience on IVR and Call Center application development.

Ø Knowledge of multi-server architecture.

Ø Knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan and Asterisk Manager Interface.

Ø Worked on Queue, IVR and Voicemail related applications.

Ø Knowledge installing and configuring Asterisk.

Ø Good Knowledge of SIP and IAX Ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk application/issues.

Ø Experienced with Linux Servers (Centos, Apache, MYSQL, and PHP).

Ø Knowledge in configuring open source dialers For E.g.: Vicidial, GoautoDial

Job Type: Full-time
