Audiologist Required

Agrawal hospital & research institute is a 25 bedded hospital in heart of the city of Gwalior. Hospital deals mainly in ENT, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Dental. In ENT we are covering all aspects of the branch including Cochlear Implant surgeries in which we pioneered in this region and are still the only institute which has the facilities for the same. Hospital is recognized with state Govt and ADIP for CI surgery.

Audiology department is equipped with Audiometer (Arphi), OAE (Interacoustics), Impedance (Interacoustics), and BERA & ASSR (Interacoustics). Along with hearing aid we also deal with routine speech therapy and post cochlear Implant Speech Therapy and mapping.

Service Details are as follows:

1. Scope of Service – Diagnostic Audiology, speech therapy, hearing Aid dispensing, VNG.

2. Working hours: 6 days - 10am to 5pm and 8pm to 9pm (Sunday off).

3. 12 paid casual leave in a year with prior sanction.

4. Other holidays as per hospital schedule (eg. Diwali, Holi, etc.).

5. We encourage the audiologist to attend one annual conference / workshop / training especially cochlear implant patients - with paid leave.

6. Salary – According to experiencestartingfrom (negotiable) –

a. Rs. 20,000 (DHLS),

b. Rs.35,000/- (BASLP), along with incentive in hearing aids (5%), and private speech therapy patients (50%). Incentives on camp, hospital visits (diagnostic - 25%), direct doctor referralpatients(diagnostic - 10%).

c. Rs.40,000/- (MASLP) along with incentive in hearing aids(5%), and private speech therapy patients (50%). Incentives on camp, hospital visits (25%),direct doctor referral patients (diagnostic - 10%).
