Job content

  • Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
  • Reviewing clients- feedback and implanting necessary changes.
  • Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • Lead Generation via Email Marketing
  • Client Interaction.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Technical/Funtional (Mandatory)
  • Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook and computerized accounting software
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development etc.
  • Prepare business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise
Soft Skills
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive
  • Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
  • Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up and Requirement Gathering.
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Organized
  • Creating and Maintaining client relationships Willingness to accept responsibility
  • Calm and professional disposition
