Description - External

Job purpose:

• Core Banking Integration lead with expertise and prior work experience in FIS Core Banking product & Modules.
• Should be able to handle the implementation project from end to end – including planning, budgeting and all the phases of the project
• Integration of the business application with core banking application. The role includes having a good overview of our products, both technically and business-wise.

Your client responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for the integration scope
• Coordinate with development team for all kind of development
• Provide technical solutions for initiatives ensuring the solution aligns to the overall enterprise architecture and system architecture standards.
• Interact with key stakeholders and project teams to understand the requirements and engineer solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Rapid resolution of any issues
• Technical Resource management
• Writing Technical Specification Document
• Production support and / or environment as a technical consultant or lead role
• Ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met on time and in full
• Willing to travel to the client’s locations on need basis

• Manage the performance management for the direct repartees, as per the organization policies
• Foster teamwork and lead by example
• Training and mentoring of project resources
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Mandatory skills:

• Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, Retail/Commercial Deposits, Secured/Unsecured Lending, Compliance - Including product parametrisation and set up.
• Exposure in conducting or participating in product demonstration, training and assessment studies.
• Experience of integration in FIS.
• Must have development experience in Java/JQuery
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment and also self-driven
• Good understanding of the Platform architecture, administration, configuration, data structure
• Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and FIS modules like Deposits, Lending, Accounting, combined with good understanding of GL in FIS
• Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis (after pandemic)
• Should have 4 or more end to end FIS core banking implementation experience in the role of a Project Manager / Solution anchor
• MBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 12 to 18 Yrs
