Roles and Responsibilities

• Part of a dynamic team of professionals undertaking Banking and Capital markets domain transformation and optimization projects
• Lead a work stream or being part of the work stream of Business consulting/finance domain consultants
• Worked in the capacity of Senior consultant/Manager - demonstrated knowledge about finance valuechain to identify gaps and suggest improvement areas in the processes and functions, Finance/Processtransformation, Strategy and Future Roadmap, operating model design, benchmarking, CXTransformation, exposure to digital enablement on Banking domain
• Exposure or experience in digital solutions, automation projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
• Participate actively in supporting the Business Consulting leadership in building an industry focusedpractice; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage
• Support on aggressive business development activities through both leading/participating in pursuitsand developing strong relationships with existing clients
• Right attitude to understand and align organizational goals and priorities and assist in implementation ofstrategic initiatives
• Collaborate with other competencies and ensure Organizational goals and priorities are achieved as ateam
• Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
• Be a part of project team/ lead a project team to provide solutions to unstructured problems
