Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client and vendor relationships in IT staffing.
  • Source and match bench consultants to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with clients and consultants.
  • Manage bench resource availability and utilization.
  • Ensure compliance and document management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client demands.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and the recruitment team.
  • Resolve issues and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain consultant quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven bench sales or IT staffing experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and industry knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and software.
  • Adaptable and goal-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
