Bharti Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic communications professional to be a part of our team. As Manager, corporate communication, you will be engaged in all internal and external communications for the Group’s various Companies, including the development & implementation of branding strategies for our diverse range of businesses.Experience
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in corporate affairs & corporate communication
  • Demonstrated experience in development of press communiques, releases, media statements and corporate releases
  • Track record of strong relations across print, electronic & digital media houses and associations
  • Background of liaising & networking with advertising & networking agencies
  • Experience with content development across channels, including social media
Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of media landscape and strong media relations
  • Excellent content development and creative designing skills
  • Deep knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media channels
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in related fields i.e. journalism, humanities, social sciences or related fields desirable
  • Diploma/ Professional certification in social media management
Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead - Corporate Communication in all internal and external communications
  • Media tracking & circulation of relevant news to group leadership on a real-time basis
  • Identify timely & consistent information to relevant employees/internal stakeholders through various communication programs
  • Assists in development and execution of communications strategies (External & Internal) to support the Group’s various corporate activities
  • Quick turnaround in terms of drafting and finalization of quotes, blurbs and media bytes for Group leadership to media and other stakeholders
  • Liaising with media stakeholders across print & digital media for all engagements of leadership & ensuring positive professional relationships with various members of the media
  • Draft & update corporate communication on social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, industry magazines etc.
  • Draft & update content for the website, supporting the Lead of Corporate Communication in identifying actionable in a timely manner on the same
  • Maintain group archives and update on regular basis
  • Support Corporate Communication dept. in developing, updating and fine-tuning various corporate presentations/pressers/information dockets etc.
