The incumbent with Medical Graduation is a must and hands-on experience in IVF counselling will be preferred.

The overall objective of the counsellor is to Counsel Couples to ease fears and anxieties help in decision making after discussing all options including financial counselling in regards to a positive outcome.

Overall Job Description

Prepare the patient for treatment by identifying counselling them for the stress, anxiety, fear or any other emotional trauma they are going through

Counsel patients / Couples on financial aspects of the treatments in regards to the expected outcome and alternative payments options etc.

Organize and facilitate support group meetings for IVF advised patients with the objective of providing emotional, psychological support...

Enable the patients to overcome mindsets towards infertility issues and treatments

Share the counselling data/reports periodically to Management

To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time

Skillset required
Communication: Regional language of the state, Hindi and English

Willingness to discover and develop

Friendly, Polite and tactful attitude

Excellent communication and good presentation skill

Ability to cope up with multiple projects and deadline

Ability to motivate and energize the fellow team member

Ability to tackle with diverse customers

Ability to coordinate and collaborate with the other department
