Technical Role :

- Person will be expert and primarly responsible for managing and development of data lake using MS Azure PaaS Services (ADFS, ADLS, Synapse, Power BI).

- Be a to front end with business and convert the business needs to technical requirements & share with the concerned development team to develop .

A. Project Execution

1. Provide update for Project Charter, project plan / project schedule/ RACI matrix and ensure delivery of respective project in the targeted time frame

2. Understand standard integration touch points across various systems / participate in cross system / cross functional integration.

3. Plan tasks to be performed in project

4. Identify cross functional coordination required & dependencies

5. Update tasks in the system & update project lead on regular basis

6. Interact with business stakeholders for creating business requirements document & blue print.

7. Develop / Configure/ Customize system as per the blue print requirements

8. Develop test scripts for Solution testing. Help Users do a thorough testing of developed solutions

9. Creation of User manual/ Configuration / technical documentations

10. Participate in regular review meetings

11. Identify possible risks & communicate to project leader promptly

12. Effort estimation in executing project tasks and communicating to project lead

B. Operational :

1. Interact with business users on system utilization & understand pain points

2. Update manager on the user pain points & suggest methods to resolve them

3. Record user issues and resolve them OLA ( Operations level Agreement)

4. Target to reduce repeat issues / support calls

5. Ensure documentation of corrective & preventive measures taken for support calls / changes - present these as required for the TQM practice / management reviews (to provide confidence to Business leaders)

6. Ensure timely escalations - both internal as well as Business teams / partner teams and proactively resolve the issues

7. Impact analysis of any changes in the concerned module affecting other integrated modules
