  • Reporting To: Regional Head

JOB OVERVIEW

The Branch Head will oversee all operational aspects of a premium bath fitting & lighting brand within the designated territory. This role involves leading the team to achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing staff and financial operations with a focus on increasing the brand’s revenue to a target of ₹120 crores. The Branch Head will convert market potential into tangible sales through innovative strategies and provide support to company dealers to exceed their targets by offering value-adding proposals. Additionally, the role demands developing, guiding, and leading the team to achieve over 100% productivity and spearheading the branch as a profit center head in the retail function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain high operational and service standards.

Sales and Performance:

  • Responsible for generation of sales revenue as per market potential mapping done for each dealer counters.
  • Establish all verticals of the company with majority of Dealers.
  • Convert multi-brand dealers into exclusive dealers for the company focusing on key verticals
  • Realize the sales targets and walk-in targets set for the company showroom’s each month
  • Emphasize concept selling to highlight unique propositions of products and services.

Staff Management:

  • Make plans, set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievements week wise
  • Ensure team and self-make at least define numbers of productive business & meetings per day with external customers.
  • Develop team and bring out more than 100% productivity from each team member
  • Set clear goals and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure accountability and progression.
  • Identify and address any gaps in skills or performance among team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Budget and Resource Management

  • Manage the branch budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for infrastructure, concept promotions, and projects.
  • Uphold company pricing policies, emphasizing the value provided to customers.
  • Manage branch budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure the branch operates within financial guidelines and targets.

Customer Service:

  • Co-ordinate with Branch Service In charge extend best customer care support
  • Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor customer service feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure the branch complies with all company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment for customers and staff.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide comprehensive reports on branch performance, including sales, customer service, and team efficiency.
  • Review team performance regularly and implement strategies for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, enhancing brand loyalty and customer retention.
  • Engage with the community to strengthen brand presence and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with corporate management to align branch objectives with overall company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a network of dealers focused on sustainable and profitable growth.

Market Development and Expansion:

  • Ensure the new customers are added in all segments every month regularly through Business & Market development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns for different market segments.
  • Continuously assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Shift focus from mere product selling to market creation, identifying unique customer needs and market niches.

REQUIRED SKILL SET

Education & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Minimum 12 Years Plus relevant experience, at least 5 Years senior level experience of management of people, resources & markets,

  • Proficient in managing budgets, financial planning, and analysis to ensure the branch’s profitability.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with an ability to develop strategies that cater to customer needs and market demands.
