We have urgent openings for the position of Branch Manager /Area Manager with most of the leading Life Insurance company in Direct Vertical.Job Description (Branch Manager):-
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage joint call with sales team & generate business.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
  • Investigate sales call, lead generation activities, investigate customer Claim.
  • Follow rule & regulation and compliance monitoring in the team.
  • Verify customer documents, investigate claims and Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the performance.
  • Coordinate with Sales & operation team to enhance sales performance.
  • Meeting with HR & decision taker of the corporate company
  • Give feedback on the performance of sales & sales teams
Job Description (Area Manager):-
  • Handling a team of NFLS and FLS.
  • Training and Motivating the team.
  • Meeting the Prospects and converting into business Extensive traveling would be part of the job Maintaining data on all customer interactions, analysing and publishing trend
  • Responsible for forecasting, planning and achieving sales revenue.
  • Responsible to maintain and development long term relation with HNI client.
  • Ensure customer queries are attended by explaining them about product and product specification.
  • Responsible for new client acquisition by selling our product through team.
  • Follow through the lead or mails or over phone or through face to face meeting.
  • Pursue conversation with potential customer, help them understand about our product we offer and make benefit-oriented conversations.
  • Responsible to give product knowledge to team members and maintain Daily Sales Report.
  • Accountable for overall revenue and cost for my team.
  • Liaising with Branch Operational officials for business issuance and renewals.
  • Liaising with U/W team for getting the business issued.
  • Organize time to time Motivational activities for the team.
  • Extend the best possible support to team in enhancing the business.
  • Handling clients insurance related queries
