MCK Nidhi Ltd is a well established Financial institution having 32 branches all over Kerala. MCK Nidhi Ltd. functions by providing secured gold loans, business loans, property loans to the needy by taking fixed deposits, saving and recurring deposits from people and keeping it for a tenure of maximum five and half years with attractive interest rates. Moreover, the deposit is also accepted from shareholders, public within the stipulated norms issued by Ministry of corporate Affairs.

We are now in search for passionate and experienced candidates for the post of Branch Manager/CRE for our Palarivattom Branch in Eranakulam District . The ideal incumbents must have at least 1-4 year experience in NBFC/Nidhi/Banking/Insurance salessector and should be living in an around Palarivattom

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Meet goals and metrics
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
