Position: Branch Manager

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Electric Vehicles branch, ensuring smooth sales, service, and administrative functions. The role demands leadership in promoting EV adoption, achieving financial and operational goals, and fostering a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:1. Branch Operations:

• Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, after-sales service, and administrative processes.
• Implement and enforce company policies and industry standards for EVs.

2. Sales and Business Development:

• Drive sales of electric vehicles and related products by developing and executing strategic plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers, businesses, and government entities to promote EV adoption.
• Identify and explore market opportunities, including partnerships and bulk sales.

3. Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.
• Oversee maintenance and servicing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Set performance goals for the team and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met.

5. Financial Management:

• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial targets.
• Manage billing, credit control, and coordination with accounts for GST, TDS, and other compliance needs.

6. Inventory and Supply Chain:

• Ensure optimal inventory levels for EVs, spare parts, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely procurement and delivery.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to EV-related regulations, certifications, and tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for imports and government approvals.

8. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and branch performance metrics.
• Prepare and present performance and strategic reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in automotive or EV industry, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, charging systems, and emerging trends.
• Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
• Communication: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
• Technology: Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational challenges with innovative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
