Our GOLD LOAN facility is designed to suit all needs and look after urgent expenses of our valuable customers.

We are looking for Candidate with strong teamwork skills to participate actively in creating a positive energy and atmosphere. We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Branch Manager along with team of Product Manager - Gold Loan, Customer Service Executive and Relationship Executive to join our Gold Loan team.

Keeping direct sales process in compliance and Coordination with various Teams for cross sale of Gold loans, candidate must have comprehensive sales experience in retail sales.

Role

  • Increasing branch walk-in & Brought-in Gold Loan business
  • sourcing new customers through local level activities, marketing tactics, & visits.
  • To increase awareness of Gold Loan branch in local areas & thereby increase branch business.
  • Ease with Personal & Group Discussions especially with jewelers

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Have clear understanding of Gold loan Programs.
  • Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold loan.
  • Understand process of Gold Loan disbursals.
  • Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.
  • Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business.
  • Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team.
  • Maintain & update MIS required by Branch team, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis
