Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the operations of our branch in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. The employment type for this position is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 15 years of education (No diploma candidates)
  • Proven 7 to 10 years of experience in a branch management or Bancassurance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliances, and data management
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • CIBIL score should be above 650
  • Age criteria (25-34)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations of the Madurai branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent results
  • Ensure the branch complies with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Monitor branch performance and financials, analyzing data and making improvements as necessary
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, guidance, and training
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize operations and resource utilization
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions, recommending changes to business strategies as needed
  • Prepare branch reports and presentations for senior management
