Overview:
Exaltt Core Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Brand Designer to join our team. As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various touchpoints. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop visual elements that effectively communicate our brand values and messaging to our target audience.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the visual identity of Exaltt Core Solutions Private Limited, ensuring consistency across all branding materials, including but not limited to, logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand assets for digital and print platforms, such as social media graphics, website elements, advertising materials, and promotional merchandise.
3. Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor branding strategies, and audience preferences, and incorporate insights into the brand design process.
4. Create compelling brand narratives through visual storytelling, incorporating brand elements into presentations, videos, and other multimedia content.
5. Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute brand-related projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
6. Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and freelancers involved in brand-related initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, educating internal stakeholders on brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all departments.
8. Conduct brand audits and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current branding strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in brand design and incorporate relevant innovations into our branding efforts.
10. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to develop innovative brand concepts and campaigns.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in brand design, identity design, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting or creative agency.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand design projects, including logo design, brand guidelines, and brand collateral.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
5. Excellent understanding of branding principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
6. Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into visually compelling designs.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback to cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
9. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in brand design.
10. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,557.00 - ₹33,155.00 per month
