Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive brand audits to assess current brand positioning, strengths, and areas for improvement.
· Develop strategic brand positioning recommendations based on market research and analysis.
· Create brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
· Craft brand messaging frameworks and brand voice guidelines for consistency across channels.
· Develop brand activation plans including marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and etc.), events, and promotions.
· Provide guidance on digital branding strategies, including website design and social media presence.
· Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track the effectiveness of brand strategies.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience (X years) working in brand consulting, marketing, or a related role.
· Strong understanding of brand development principles and strategies.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in branding software/tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Certification in brand management or related areas is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,855.26 - ₹37,924.92 per month
