Job Description

  • Bring CRM expertise (at least 2 CRM engagements) to design the CRM strategy, transformation roadmap and enable functional teams to design CRM solutions
  • Brings understanding of key CRM products – Salesforce, Dynamics etc.
  • Act as a link between the business and the development team to ensure that the CRM requirements are met and help the larger IT team (cross functional /cross skilled) to deliver solution that works for client
  • Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from stakeholder groups. Translate requirements from operations to functional requirements
  • Analyze and document business requirements in the form of process use cases and deliver input to technical teams
  • Should also have experience in evaluating solutions, planning and conducting tests
  • Experience of working agile environment is mandatory
  • Experience in retail sector is preferable
  • Guide the development team in UAT
  • Design acceptance criteria

  • Be flexible to relocate across the globe for long term or short-term assignments (both domestic and international travel required)
  • Need to have a good understanding and experience on evaluating needs, visualization and documentation of system support requirements within CRM functional area
  • Additional relevant certification will be an added advantage e.g. CCBA/ ECBA/ CBAP/ CSM/ CSPO/ Prince2 / ITIL
