Perform root cause analysis of common processing problems
Act proactively in order to minimize risk of any production issues;
Take ownership of client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements;
Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
Perform analysis of proposed simple system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
Prepare testing scenarios and execute tests in UAT environments;
Co-operate closely with business stakeholders form the Global Operations structure, whilst ensuring efficiency and compliance to local and global regulations;
Solicit business requirements, change requests and system developments projects across Trade Processing area;
Encourage positive and professional working environment

What do you need to become our Business Analyst?

Genuine interest in financial markets with at least 4 years of experience in Financial Services
Analytical skills & ability to synthesize information
Good team player able to build strong professional relationships
Knowledge in operational environment and end to end trade flows would be an asset
