1. Prepare Budget for Go Airlines and track Budget v/s Actual.

2. Play a critical role in designing, developing and implementation of analytical solutions, deliver
projects & analyses within specified timelines,

3. Coordinate with various internal teams - IT, Credit, Product, Business etc.

4. Plan Strategy for Revenue and Sales

5. Planning for promotion and sales for different countries to assist sales team to achieve
targets.

6. Collect, consolidate and generate weekly and monthly sales forecasts (month and quarter
focus) and roll up each weeks numbers to Management.

7. Develop presentations that analyse sales and marketing activities and achievements.

8. Reporting and analysis for the Revenue Analysis department, including executive reporting of
sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis.

9. Commercial MIS Preparation and Analysis.

10. Design plan to meet annual budgets.

11. Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to increase efficiencies and reduce turnaround
time on tasks that see repetition.

12. Circulate the reports for Corporate /Retail team across Pan India.
