StandardWings is Hiring for Business Development Executive Work From Office Only.

Job Location: Nashik

Experience- 2 to 4 yrs.- (For Executive level)

Job Brief:
The ideal candidate would be responsible for business development and sales of StandardWings’s outsourced
product development services. Should be responsible for lead generation, Cold calling, and Campaign management to generate qualified leads.

Requirements:
• Experience working in Software Services companies
• Responsible for talking to the decision makers in USA, Canada, UK, Europe, South Africa & India and generating quality leads. To develop healthy pipeline and opportunities by cold and warm calls and drive them towards closure [Market research, campaign management and lead generation within offered IT Services from assigned geography]
• Arrange meetings with clients
• Plan initiatives to reach the target through appropriate channels.
• Regular follow up with prospects to ensure future course of action.
• Document lead generation activities and organizational info in CRM to generate progress reports.
• Energetic, competent & result oriented professional
• Excellent inter-personal skills with demonstrated history in over achieving the targets

Responsibilities
◦ Generate leads for IT domain
◦ Maintaining and growing opportunities with existing/ New clients
◦ Coordinate with key clients and close deals
◦ Excellent communication skills
◦ Must have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
◦ Should be comfortable communicating with the overseas client through Emails, Skype, Chat, Phone etc.
◦ Generating new business from bidding portals like Upwork, Guru etc..
