JD for Business Development Executive ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for generating sales from the designated area within city. Generate and convert leads for new outlets in the given territory. Visit outlets as per plan and generate orders. Responsible for primary sales. Train the new retailers in using the Saveo app for placing orders. Resolve customer complaints and maintain an effective communication channel between the customers and the company. Communicate and successfully run schemes and promotions designed by the company. Provide market feedback and assist in developing our market share in all product categories. KPIs Total GMV generated per day, growth in GMV. Growth in AOV. Number of doors covered per day. Number of doors converted per day. New doors added per week. Conversion of non transacting customers. DESIRED PROFILE 3 - 7 years of experience in sales, preferably from a pharma sales background. Should have Excellent communication skills. Should have worked for at least 3 years in Bangalore market. SALARY STRUCTURE 18K TO 25K plus additional incentives on achievement of KPIs
