Our company is seeking a professional and accomplished individual to take on the role of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at the organization. The candidate must be experienced in the field of construction. Our range includes products such as Ready-mix Plaster (manual & machine applied), Tile adhesives, Wall Putty, Epoxy and Cementitious grouts, Waterproofing products and other Construction chemicals. These products are manufactured in our own facility however we intend to make Bangalore our hub for commercial activities. The specific requirements for the role are listed below and anyone interested is encouraged to get in touch directly.

Requirements -

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 8-10 years of SALES experience in the construction field handling both the Retail as well as Project segments (Mandatory).
  • Candidate should have previously worked for a reputed READY MIX/DRY MIX MANUFACTURER or a similar business and be familiar with the products mentioned above (Mandatory).
  • Candidate should have managerial experience at a senior level (Mandatory).
  • Candidate should have a network within the local construction industry in Bangalore.
  • Candidate should be someone who has overseen marketing campaigns for companies similar to ours.
  • Candidate should have good communication as well as interpersonal skills to interact with fellow colleagues
  • Candidate must be proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada & Tamil (Mandatory).

In short, we are looking for someone who is motivated to work hard for a company that sees huge potential in the construction haven that is Bangalore, with its unique product mix. We are starting off our operations in Bangalore and therefore a considerable amount of energy is required to establish the brand in this market.
