Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our hospital’s reach and increasing patient count. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and effectively marketing our hospital’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders to promote the hospital’s services.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase patient count. This includes both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, meetings, and presentations.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through successful conversion of leads into patients and clients.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage allocated budgets, including the petrol allowance, for client visits and marketing activities.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market trends, client feedback, and progress towards patient count targets.

Qualifications:

Any degree or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and techniques.

Must possess a bike for client visits.
