  • Understand the Top Insurance Advisor and Business Associate value proposition, on boarding process.
  • New Acquisition Insurance Partners.
  • Conduct Insurance Managers meetings.
  • Goal setting exercise for the month.
  • Joint field work along with associates.
  • Achieve monthly / Yearly Targets.
  • Work on opportunity of cross sell .
  • Adherence to the desired input behaviors to drive Sales and Recruitment.
