About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage the entire franchise sales process from qualification to school opening 2. Develop solid leads, methodically source and recruit new franchisee prospects to guarantee continual pipeline regeneration 3. Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals 4. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value 5. Work on continually assessing our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales 6. Support and guide the franchise partner to set up the center as per the operations guide/manual 7. Deliver on royalty and other revenue targets 8. Develop a strategy for franchise base enhancement 9. Work collaboratively with, legal, IT, accounting, finance, real estate, construction, franchise operations, and other sales team members

  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 9th Jul’21 and 13th Aug’21
  • are available for duration of 6 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study

Other requirements:

Must have minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development/franchise acquisition Must be preferably from the education sector and have a graduation degree Must have good command over spoken English
