Intelligence7 is a stock market educational firm that provides technical and fundamental training on the stock market with live market trading sessions. It’s a group of professional traders.

About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services 2. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals 3. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property 4. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts 5. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received 6. Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals 7. Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals 8. Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 26th Aug’21 and 30th Sep’21
  • are available for duration of 6 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
  • are from Thane, Mumbai and neighboring cities
  • Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply
