Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of team leaders and provide leadership.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set sales targets with team leaders.
  • Ensure team leaders have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry
  • Graduate from any recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
  • High levels of passion and ownership

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
