The Treasura team is re-engineering their legacy Internet Explorer – .NET - IIS SaaS Treasury Management System into a more performant, scalable, and contemporary offering, leveraging the Treasury Anywhere infrastructure and an automation-heavy development and delivery pipeline.
The solution will also offer a simpler, down-market configuration (TreasuraSpark) which will have to handle an even larger number of concurrent customers (tens of thousands vs the existing hundreds).

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a senior developer who is comfortable in a full-stack development role, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, back-end, APIs, front-end (TA), CI (Jenkins, docker), scripting, and automation wherever possible.
Be part of the scrum team implementing new TA pages, APIs and back-end logic.
Work flexibly with geographically distributed teams spread across Delhi and Vancouver.
Lead, mentor and grow other members of the team who may be working on same or related products.
Interact with the business experts to understand the end user requirements, enabling you to develop the business knowledge overtime.
Convert the requirements into a software solution, involving all aspects of the development lifecycle: design, Acceptance Test Driven Development, code, performance benchmarks, documentation, deployment automation.
Deploy, maintain, and optimize our development CI infrastructure and support Operations with solution deliveries.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET, full stack, windows stack with experience in IIS.
  • Experience with RDMSs, ideally MSSQL server
  • Excellent analytical and design skills
  • Good understanding of data structures and design patterns
  • Be passionate about software development and technology
  • Be organized, persistent, reliable and detail oriented
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Appetite to continually learn about our products and industry
