I am looking for a number of Inbound contact centre advisors for our Client which is a UK MNC based in Ithum Tower, Noida Sector 62.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a first class service and provide accurate information to all enquiries. Take down all the relevant information from the client while he is on the phone with you and transfer the call to the UK based office.

Main Responsibilities - Working within a contact centre environment, you will be the first point of call for all incoming calls.

Advise the customer with all their queries, if you are unable to support them then refer to another department -

Flexible to support in other areas of the business during peak times

Must Have -Excellent communication skills - Worked within a contact centre environment for a minimum of 1 year - Excellent written skills - Excellent IT Skills including Word and Excel - Able to work in a professional manner while working in fast-paced environment - Experience of quality checking to a high standard of written and verbal work across multiple channels

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be taking inbound calls from clients who are looking to get help. You will take their details in a very professional manner and fill in the online Form and submit it. Then once the Reference number is generated you will transfer the call to the team in UK where they will take over the call for you. It is a very straight forward process with no hard selling at all but you will need to have the product knowledge to guide the client accordingly. All Training is provided.


Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent English Communication skills are required. You should have worked in an international Callcenter for at least a year. You should have knowledge to use MS Word and working on computers in general.


Perks and Benefits

Basic Salary of 25000 - 50,000 INR per month plus uncapped commission, potential to earn 1lac a month or over for good candidates. No pick or drop is available at this time and you need to bring your own food or can get it from many restaurants, cafes etc that are just at the ground floor of the building.


Timing: Various timings are available main hours of business are 12:30pm to 10:30pm IST
