Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Travo Support in Kota. The Caller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to bus bookings and operations. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
