Job Description

· Demonstrate business acumen in leading and managing the operations, effectively discharging the functions and achieving higher rate of growth.

· To participate with the top management in strategic planning for organizational growth.

· Act as a professional contributor on all aspect of the organization activities.

· To contribute as a leader to develop teamwork culture within the organization.

· Proper resource allocation, costing and utilization in hospital operations. Manage hospital services & operations with key focus on bottom line profitability & customer satisfaction by optimal utilization of resources.

· Represent the organization at community activities whenever necessary to enhance the organization community profile.

· Overall management of all functions and performance of all departments as mentioned below:

· Financial Planning and Management

· Operations and Management

· Office Operations (OPD, IPD, TPA, Diagnostic Department )

· Quality Management and Accreditation - NABH

· IT and HMIS

· Biomedical

· Legal and Statutory Compliance

· Medical Coordination

· General Administration - Patient Support Services

· Management (F&B, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Patient Care Etc.)

· Supply Chain Management (Purchase and Material, Inventory Control)

· Hospital Marketing and Business Development

· Various Hospital Committees

· Operational & Quality Audits

· Business Promotion & Branding and PR

· Facilitate and support various activity organized by Hospital

· Disaster and Risk Management

· Consultants Management

· Empanelment and relationship building with Consultant

· Talent Management

Key Requirements

· Qualification: MBA in Hospital Administration from well known college/university.

· Total Experience: Total Experience 10 years in healthcare industry and as a Centre Head 3 years with Relevant experience in handling P&L in Hospital, Consultants Management and Team Leadership

· Key Skills: Systems thinking, External collaboration, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Risk Taking

· Hands on experience in overall management, supervision and implementation of health programs; possess diagnostic / decision-making / problem solving & people management skills.
