Tricog is looking out for sales mavericks in various locations in India to join and grow the channel business as Channel Business Manager. If you are looking for a role which gives you an opportunity to grow every single day, then this is your place.

Locations: Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati and Delhi

Healthcare Devices/ startup background is a big plus. An experience of 4-8 years is good. The ideal candidate will have the direct responsibility of business development and sales through channel partners in assigned territory.

Accountabilities:

1. Existing Channel business – Taking the onus for revenue generation and growth through the existing channel network

2. New Channel Partners -Identify, appoint and mentor Driving channel partners and their sales team to meet the targeted revenue

3. Evaluate the Channel partner’s performance, address challenges faced by them 4. Prune - Increase efficiency and effectiveness of channel partnerships by redirecting resources from low-performing elements to higher-performing ones.

Qualifications:

● A go getter, always ready for new challenges, boots-on-the-ground – are must

● Bachelor’s degree is good, science / biomedical engineering is a plus

● Strong channel sales experience, in Healthtech/ medical equipment, a big plus

Remuneration & Growth:

1. Great remuneration & perks. your CTC will be in the bracket of 6 to 8 Lacs PA, will not be a bar for a deserving candidate.
