Roles And Responsibilities

Search and Appoint Super Distribution Partner in each district or Sub District centers.
Work on business expansion.
This position will work alone initially, and handover appointed partner in each district to the local sales team.
Once these partners are appointed and handed over, Person will be having good liaison with local team and understanding about market, person and position can be converted into Regional Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Fertilizer, Sugar, Vanaspati Ghee and Cement Industry (Rural Markets exposure will be additional value)
Must have appointed 20+ Super Distributors in his career.
Must present enough maturity to fetch out 50 Lakh investment from prospect partner.
Good understanding of North India market (Specially Punjab & Haryana
