Core Business Operations (CBO) is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients’ core business issues. CBO practitioners work on design, delivery and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large scale ground-up custom developed applications, to cloud based development and integration services as well as customizing industry sector focused packages. As a Digital Bank capability hire on this team, you would get opportunities to work on all adjacent area technologies along with a Payments platform.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years of industry experience in a functional testing role for Investment/Asset Management software
Define and help administer standard testing methodologies, processes, and tools for engagements in the Asset Management / Investment Management space
Create test estimates and define/build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects
Experience in developing testing strategy, plan documentation and execution for large scale projects
Technical implementation experience, sound understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile, application architecture and integration landscape
Experience with at least one RDBMS like SQL and Oracle.
Good knowledge of PL-SQL or Transact SQL and query debugging and optimization.
Experience with Java, PowerShell and batch scripts
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Docker, etc. Ability to conduct administration in Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with various automation tools like Selenium Webdriver, SilkTest, Gradle, Jenkins etc.
Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test suites.
Experience in Micro services, Web services testing using SOAP and REST based service & XML, JSON.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GIT and other relevant tools.
Experience working with collaboration tools like Jira.
Functional / Industry Experience:
Solid understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) ecosystem – Charles River IMS, Blackrock Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM and SimCorp Dimension. Charles River IMS preferred
Experience working directly with these products is highly preferred
Understanding of the trade lifecycle and CRD system functionality is highly desired (e.g., Blotters, Compliance, Manager’s Workbench)
Previous experience using and/or implementing Financial Services data platform systems with a strong understanding of the data required for Investment Management (Security Master Data, Pricing, Reference Data).
Ability to understand data models and utilize SQL to query data for testing and research.
Understanding of asset management business, including front/middle/back office operations
Functional knowledge of all investment vehicles/products such as Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, Loans, Money Markets, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Swaps
Experience developing business requirements

Testing Experience:

? Ability to comprehend complex business requirements and translate them into test cases
? Good understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle and processes.
? Hands on knowledge of Agile Principles and ability to perform in an Agile environment
? Hands on Experience in designing highly reusable and efficient Test Framework
? Working knowledge of test management tools like Microfocus/ Visual Studio Test Manager /Maven /JIRA / HP QC / Others
Consulting Skills:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
? Experience in managing conversations with client stakeholders
? Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort working with MS Powerpoint
