Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at New Continental Cafe located in Anantapur. The Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and determining food inventory needs. The Chef will also collaborate with restaurant management to design menus, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage food costs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or relevant role in food industry.
  • Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering inventory.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, procedures, and related health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage a team of kitchen staff and oversee food preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Degree in Culinary Science or related certification is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different settings, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
