Exp: 8-12 years; The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE Management System and also will be focused on continuous improvement of HSE implementation at Regional / Vertical Manager level. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities At Sterlite power, we have a vision of Zero Accident and we continue to strive to achieve a high HSE standard, which is an integral part of our operation and non-negotiable. Some of the key responsibilities will be to - Ensure all our activities are conducted in a manner to provide Safe and healthy work condition to employee, contractor, associates & community Develop & drive implementation of HSE practices and process for project site Development of training module and imparting training on HSE related topics Driving HSE Management system as per ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 & SA 8000 Ensure compliance of the legal requirements and other applicable requirement related to HSE, and strive to fulfil the compliance obligations Create a culture of learning and practicing QHSE system Engage with contractors and partners and also consult and encourage participation of contractor, associate and workers in QHSE management Implementation of best practices in HSE and driving continual improvement plan Position Demands Experience of 8-12 years in HSE management of major construction projects in a mature Organization BE/ B.Tech /Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) Full time Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (approved by State Technical Board) OR ME in Industrial Safety OR BE in industrial Safety EPC background Rural Electrification of Transmission Lines, Substations Experience of OPGW is an added advantage
