Cinnara - Co-Founder/CMO (part time till we launch)We are building an e-commerce marketplace for Feminine hygiene products.We know that there is a problem and have a broad solution in mind. Over the next few weeks we would like to build a pretotype / MVP, run experiments and see if our hypothesis works.The co-founders are mature business professional with quality education, work experience in India and abroad and entrepreneurial exposure.Co-founder/CMO (part time till we launch) :- We need a Co-Founder/CMO (Digital Marketing expert), preferably a woman. The role would be part-time (you continue with your current day job) till we launch/reach critical success.- We need someone, who is at a point where she/he wants to do something new, is entrepreneurial and can invest time.- Ideally, you should have an MBA/Engineering from a Tier 1 institution with 4-12 years experience. You have to be a hands-on expert in digital marketing, content creation, consumer behaviour and appreciation for technology & data.What’s in it for you :- You will have an attractive stake/equity in the company, which will give you a significant wealth creation opportunity.- The role would not have a salary while we start. Fort the first few months, this role is part-time. You continue with your current day job, till we launch/reach critical success and decide to go full-time.Key Responsibilities :-

Conceptualizing, developing and executing 360-degree marketing and social media plans for brand activation leading to market launch-

Design and execute Digital Marketing campaigns - defining the goals and creating a strategy to execute and achieve them-

Create the platform and the content-

Manage the web application and day to day operations-

Increase organic traffic to the website and then converting the users to subscribe the product through all digital marketing platforms-

Lead and manages the roadmap for digital channels, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives-

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights-
